I&#039;m currently fighting a battle with someone who contracted with me for over 200 articles. Upon delivery he refused payment and then placed them on EzineArticles, after I had informed him he had no right to the use of my copyrighted material. 

Frankly he didn&#039;t seem to be bothered with my notice, so I filed a DMCA complaint with EzineArticles. It worked.

Now I know the other things I need to do when and if this happens again.

I filed a complaint with Google using their online form which didn&#039;t need an actual DMCA letter. Google shut them down within 48 hours.
